Baked Half Shell Scallops


Ingredients
Half shell scallops
Mozzarella cheese
Pasta Sauce
Black Pepper

Preparation
Run the half shell scallops under running tap and clean gently.
Boil a pot of water and cook the half shell scallops for a minute or so.
Set aside and drain.
Cover each scallop with a tablespoon of pasta sauce.
Add a dash of black pepper on top.
Sprinkle mozzarella cheese generously over the entire shell.
Bake/Toast till the cheese turns golden brown.
Serve immediately.
