An original recipe of Furong Egg includes Chinese chives which I left out in this recipe.

Ingredients
3 eggs
6 prawns
25g of beansprouts
50g of cooked char siew (sliced thinly)
25g chinese chives (cut into 2" long)
(due to my special case, I didn't add any chinese chives)
Cornstarch
Preparation
Beat the eggs together with a pinch of salt and pepper before mixing in 3-5 tablespoons of cornstarch.
Add in the rest of the ingredients to the beaten eggs.
In a well-oiled pan, fry the eggs till cooked & fragrant.
Remove from heat and serve hot.
