Ingredients
1 packet of kangkong (washed and cut into 3.5" long)
2 tablespoons of dried shrimps (chopped)
1 tablespoon of sambal belacan chili
1 teaspoon of sugar
1 tablespoon of soya sauce
Preparation
Heat up 3 tablespoons of oil in a pan.
Stir fry the dried shrimps till fragrant before adding in the chili.
Toss in the kangkong.
Stir fry for another 3 minutes or so.
Add in the sugar and soya sauce.
Mix well before dishing out the vegetables.
Serve hot.
