Long Bean Omelette

From what I gather, this is one of the most common dishes that Mommies whip up to coax their kiddos to eat more greens. For some reasons, kids love eggs but they are just not into the greens. This recipe is a saviour!

Ingredients
3 eggs
150g of long beans (chopped)
1 tablespoon of soya sauce
Dash of pepper

Preparation

Add soya sauce and pepper to the eggs and beat well.
In an oiled pan, stir fry the long beans till they turn into a brighter shade of green.
Add in the beaten eggs and cook over medium low heat.
Flip the omelette over when the underside turns golden brown.
Remove from heat when the other side of the omelette is cooked.
