Soya Sauce Prawns


Ingredients
250g of prawns
2 tablespoons of soya sauce
1 tablespoon of dark soya sauce
2 teaspoon of sugar
-->1/2 teaspoon of minced garlic
Spring onions

Preparation
Heat up a pan and toss in the prawns. (no oil required)
Remove prawns from the heat when they are just cooked.
Add in 1 tablespoon of oil to the pan.
Stir fry the minced garlic till fragrant.
Add in soya sauce, dark soya sauce, sugar and 50ml of water.
Bring to a boil and return the prawns to the pan.
Leave to simmer for 2-3 minutes, occasionally flipping the prawns over.
Garnish with spring onions before serving.
