Chili Squids

This is a very simple dish that is extremely easy to prepare.

However, you might want to take note that after deep frying the chili squids, you will get a pot of chili-infused oil. You can keep this flavored-oil in a bottle for future use in other dishes. (e.g. pasta/noodles, spicy stir fries etc.) But if you are not too particular, then the oil can of course be used in your everyday cooking as well.



Ingredients
300g of squids (cleaned and sliced)
100g of flour
15g of chili powder
2 tablespoon of salt

Preparation
Add chili powder, salt and flour into a bowl and mix well.
Coat the squids with the flour mixture.
Deep fry the squids till golden brown.
Remove from oil and drain.
Ready to serve.
Serve with lemon wedges on the side. (optional)
