Ingredients
1 packet of oyster mushrooms
1 tablespoon of salted butter
Dash of grounded black pepper
Preparation
Melt the butter in a pan. (preferably a grill pan)
Place the mushrooms in the pan. Try not to overlap so that each mushroom can be evenly cooked/grilled.
Sprinkle black pepper on both sides of the mushrooms.
Remove from heat when the mushrooms are cooked to a nice golden brown.
