Onion Omelette

Ingredients
2 eggs
1 large yellow onion (finely sliced)
1 tablespoon soya sauce
Pepper to taste

Preparation
Heat up a well-oiled pan.
Beat the eggs after adding in the soya sauce and pepper.
Pour the mixture into the pan.
Sprinkle in the onion slices.
Cook over medium low heat.
Flip the omelette over when the underside turns golden brown.
Remove from heat when the other side of the omelette is cooked.

*If you prefer the onions to be softer without much crunch, you can stir fry the onions till they caramelize before pouring in the beaten eggs.*
