Deep Fried Egg Tofu


Ingredients
2 rolls of egg tofu (cut into about 1" in thickness)
1.5 tablespoons of mixed veggies
1 tablespoon of oyster sauce
1/2 teaspoon of sugar
Cornstarch

Preparation
Deep fry the tofu till they turn into a nice golden brown.
Remove from heat and set aside to drain away excess oil.
Dissolve oyster sauce and sugar in 1/2 cup of water.
Bring to a boil and add in the mixed veggies.
Add in cornstarch slowly to thicken the gravy.
Pour gravy over tofu and serve hot.
